We loved the hotel's convenient location right by the main square in the center of town. Everything, from great restaurants to tourist attractions, was within easy walking distance. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. we couldn't have asked for a better spot to explore this city.

The location of the hotel was excellent and the room was comfortable if a little small. It was clean and the cleaning staff was cheerful and helpful. Most of the front desk staff was helpful as well. The windows were wonderful...easily opened and adjustable.
The wi-fi was practically useless; painfully slow if it was working at all. I was required to sign a form with requirements and responsibilities called "a contract" and was refused a copy for myself.

The plaza in front of the hotel there was a big meeting from Oaxaca teachers and everything is loud and dirty
